Contact · Dibs.software
One address, and a person on the other end of it.
[email protected] is the whole contact surface. There is no form on this page and no lead-capture behind it: this site stores nothing about you, which is easiest to guarantee by not asking.
What to say, so the first reply is useful
Three things, and you can skip any of them.
✓What you keep a sheet for
Conference slots, shared equipment, help-desk hours, a club sign-up, the good practice room. Naming the thing people keep signing up for lets us answer about your case rather than in general.
✓What goes wrong with the sheet you use now
Double-claims nobody catches, a list of names everyone can read, a free tool that shows ads to parents, a spreadsheet that goes stale. The specific failure is more useful to us than a feature request.
✓Whether privacy is the gate
If a data or consent question — especially for a student-facing sheet — is what stands between you and trying it, say so first and we will lead with it. The privacy and data page is the short version.
Before you write
Two things worth knowing first.
There is no live checkout on this site, and getting in touch does not start a billing relationship. Early access is a conversation and a spot on the list — no card, no charge, no price you can be held to, because dibs.software has no committed price yet. The getting-started page sets out the steps.
Most of what makes dibs friendly is still being built: the claim sheet, the free front door, the branding, calendar sync. The engine underneath — the no-double-claim rule, the capacity count, the family wall — is built. Ask us which side of that line your need falls on and we will tell you straight.
